Policies to maintain a safe, organized, and fair environment
48 Hour Guarantee
Your satisfaction is my highest priority. In the event of any broken nails, lifting nails, chipped polish, or loss of rhinestones within 48 hours of service, nails will be repaired at no cost to the client.
Repair Policy
Any repair needed after 48 hours have passed, including repairs of broken nails during fill service, will be charged a $3 fee per nail.
Acrylic Fill Policy
In the event a client wants an acrylic fill on work of another nail tech and/or salon there will be an additional $10 fee.
Late Policy
In order to respect the time of both my clients and myself, I ask that you please arrive on time to your appointment. Clients arriving up to 15 minutes late will be imposed with a $5 fee and clients arriving more than 15 mins late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy
I understand life happens. If you need to cancel your appointment, I simply ask that you notify me if any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If the booking was made the same day, please notify me at least 2 hours prior. Any cancellations that break these rules will cause a $10 fee added to your next appointment.
No-Show Policy
In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed of a fee worth 25% of the missed service which will be added to your next appointment, Additionally, booking your next visit will require a nonrefundable fee of $10. Two or more missed appointments equal no longer being a client of the salon.
